Recommended Posts

A friend of mine recently joind a housing co-operative, now feels more like an owner and the rent is reasonable to.

www.cch.coop/coopinfo/intro.html What do others think? Is it an good alternative to owning in this hyper over inflated housing market?

These words come to mind:

Complicated, political, bohemian, not for profit, waste of time........

As far as I'm concerned the P word is the one that seperates good ideas from bad ideas.

Why don't you spell it out?

What your idea of a good idea, is my idea of a bad idea ;)

I think that what TTRTR is pointing out that an enterprise either makes a net profit or a net loss. if it's not going to make a profit, then, well, you do the math.

It can be non profit making, meaning it pays for itself. You put into it what you get out of it ;)
