Agreed, you win BB :P

This is the cheapest property I can find in Leeds (not including shared ownership or bedsits)

5 monkeys off fifty grand. This would have bought you 5 similar properties just 5 years ago in Beeston!!

try and beat that, mind you the neighbour across the hall is a crack dealer and it needs a new roof, but gotta be worth it.

Considering the crack dealer, perhaps the word "out" is missing from this sentence in the advert "A communal drying area is located to the rear of the property."

;)

Ooops, I think I've won!!!!!! :lol::lol::lol::lol:

not quite the cheapest, in hull

37k for an ok terrace (would be 130k in worcester), you can see why BTLers like deprived areas, interest only morgage would be £185 a mounth, on 3.5 salary multiples you would need to earn 10k a year

if your budget doesnt go that far, how about this terrace for 30k? Obviously you would negotiate a discount, 25k? , on 3.5 salary multiples you would need to earn 7k a year

if you could buy it for 25k, your Interest only morgage would be £125 a mounth...
