How Uber Are Yow?

Recommended Posts

You need to distinguish between real and nominal falls... I am a 30% real falls from may 2004 prices man where I live (now almost back to 2002 in real terms already for the size of house I want to buy in my area - not that far to go)

i'm quite uber - 50% min :)

I just can't see it. ( I voted -10to-20%,assumed you meant nominal falls)

HP Folk Lore will work against us.

HP Folk Lore: House prices never go down.

Ah,but we know better! In the past, house prices didn't seem to go down due to the effect of inflation. This time the real falls will be much greater, due to low inflation.

HP Folk Lore: House prices never go down,so **** off, dickhead

Believe me,I would love house prices to fall 50%.
