2-bed Barn For £190k

Recommended Posts

I spotted this 6 months ago and thought I had posted about it (but I cannot find the post).

The following 2-bed barn in Castle Camps, Cambridgeshire has been on the market for at least 6 months at £189,995 with two agents, now it has a third!

You can see that the tree in the background had leaves in one of the pictures and no it has none! :)

Intercounty:

The final picture shows that they have fitted double glazing and repainted some of the woodwork. Intercounty also finishes their description with "PART EXCHANGE CONSIDERED!"

It was a £5k garden shed 6 months ago. And it's still a £5k garden shed now. :D

EA's ffs. die.

"dwelling" pmsl. That's what hobbits live in or trolls, "cave dweller" something like that. Thats worth about 20k imo, even if you felt like living in the bit that broke off so to speak!!!! Do you think the person will be "dwelling" on the fact they'd bought a blague for nearly 200k if they did buy it?!

lovely views, ill sell you this for 100k.
