Anecdotal To Cheer You Up

This is in a very sought after area, with a super rear garden view. My parents have lived there 20 years and NEVER seen a for sale sign go up (even in the last downturn in the 90's).

They say a picture paints a thousand words.

Need I point out that this is 10%?

Suffice to say at mid 2004 they'd probably have got full asking. Now 93% of asking is the norm, so I'll keep you all posted and we'll see if it goes for over £330k.
