£165K, 164 sq ft.

Call that £1000 a sq ft.

Always good to know Foxtons are going to try to sell the place for 20% more than anyone else.

This is the WHOLE of a kitchen in a £675k house in Barnsbury. It has been on the market for nearly a year, although it has been reduced from £695k. What a bargain!

Mirrors everywhere in that house.

Trying to make it look bigger than it is.

I now know what an estate agen means by "Deceptively Spacious"
