WTF is a "one off viewing" Sounds like someone wants an idea of value of a house and he has no clue. Or is it they don't believe the valuation given? Ideas please What this means is that he will bring someone to view your house but you will never see him or the prospective buyer again. It is nice to see realism creeping in to the EA profession.
