Estate agents have confirmed prices in Llanelli are at their lowest in 18 months.Some homeowners have resorted to advertising their properties with two estate agents at a time, hoping for a quicker sale. Several estate agents have reported that less people are now moving into Llanelli. It is leaving a glut of properties on the market.
