That's ok then.

Now all they need to do is engineer a soft landing for retailers! :lol:

Perhaps they should prepare the same for the stock market..lots of runny botty excitement at the moment.

I never take Digby serious, he reminds me of many company directors I have worked with. Bull sh***ers of the highest order, most of them from a sales background and noy really having a clue about reality.

Yup, you better believe it.

House prices are more over-valued than at any time in recent history, but now everything is hunky dory.

Despite the property cycle lasting about 15 years, this downturn only lasted a few months.

Wow, we're rewriting history here.

Sounds like a load of codswallop to me.
