Its Ok

Sentiment - Its ok our property is worth £x. Interest rates are low we can take out a new mortgage and borrow a bit more. We can push away any financial presures (from our over spending). These days its so easy to readjust to the financial presures so it keeps us ahead of any real responsibilities. Its always been tough historically nothing changes but at least today there are more financial options.

If house prices fall back a bit its ok interest on borrowing is cheap and we can afford the repayments.

House prices will only rise. The longer you hold back the worse it will get.

The Government wont let the housing market fall.

You have missed the boat Mr Joe we do feel sorry for you.

Protect me from this madness!

Mr Joe.

Edit for very poor spelling LOL

Mr Joe, you've had a bit to drink, try not to think about the housing situation now, go and watch the rest of Jaws 2 on BBC1.

But you are right.
