U.k. House Prices Decline At Slowest Pace Since September 2004

Recommended Posts

``The market has returned to some sort of stability,'' said Milan Khatri, chief economist at RICS, in a telephone interview. Home prices may grow by 1 percent or 2 percent this year and next, he predicted. ``The slowdown as such is probably going to draw to a close soon.''

Anytime it is in decline it is temporary, and anytime it has ceased to decline it is an indication that the rocket is going into launch sequence. Had a friend who is fairly savvy house wise, and genuinely worried about my housing instablity tell me that I had to get on the market, its now or never only 3 days ago. There is just so much spin out there.

as recently as 2-3 months ago they all denied any reduction in house prices.

they claimed the market was stabilising at a lower rate of HPI.

Now they admit that prices have been falling but claim they are about to go up again.

Desparartion.!!

the markets knackered and only the insane will jump in now.
