Someone needs to tell them them market is falling! Who ever is trying to flip a property at this stage is either very brave or stupid.

I don't think it's a flipper. I expect the original sale fell through. Possibly the buyer tried to gazunder?

They have now marketed with a new EA and they have advised a higher price which would allow them to accept a £5k gazunderer and feel clever.

Looks like it sold to quick – they had a rethink – added 10 grand and try again. I don’t know about Manchester but I don’t think house prices in general are actually falling…. Yet.

If I was in there position I would try for a extra 10 thou – that is if I didn’t think that prices would crash and I didn’t want to get out quickly!

No point in being greedy- They probably stayed up all night arguing about if they should try for an extra 20
