Thanks for posting the price from NetHousePrices. MousePrice reports the property as not having been sold since 1995 which is strange as they both get their data from the Land Registry??

This property is quite a big terrace, with six bedrooms. It has been given an estimated current value, which is displayed above by the Mouseprice.com valuation system. There are no Land Registry records of this property selling since the 1st of January 1995, when the Land Registry records began. We have previous estate agency listing data for both 75 Palatine Road, FY1 4BX and a wide range of other homes nearby. This data includes photographs, listing dates, asking prices and detailed property descriptions.

Summary of Results

I have now summarised the results for today's auction.

In terms of the numbers of properties where we have direct comparisons with previous sales, I have to say this auction is disappointing. Of the sixteen lots where I was able to find a Last Sale Price on MousePrice.com, only thirteen went through the auction. Of these, two failed to attract any bids(!), so we're left with just eleven out of a total of 62 lots.

Although this is only the second auction we have covered in 2012, it looks initially that prices are down ( In some cases substantially ) in the regions with London and to a lesser extent, the South East holding up well. We do however need to say more lots through the auctions to get a clearer picture.
