Advance Warning! Live Auction is back. The next auction is the MustBeSold.com auction on Friday 16 March 2012 at 1pm covering 62 lots.

Due to the nature of some the lots eg Land, Commercial properties, I only have Last Sold data for around 17 of the lots. If you are able to find Last Sold data for any of the lots I have missed or if you have any anecdotal evidence about the property / area, please feel free to add it to the thread. Please also correct any errors that you notice.

If you have local knowledge about any of the lots please post onto the thread - It's the local information that gives us the detail behind the figures.

I will also be tweeting the auction results via Twitter so you can keep upto date even if you're not able to access this thread.

I know of Lot 45, 29 Ocean View, Whitley Bay, Tyne and Wear, NE26 1AL as it's not that far from us.

The road it's on is ok-ish but there are loads of B&B's and crap bars nearby so I can't see many families wanting to live there. Will be interesting to see what it goes for but I wouldn't live there as we want a decent garden etc when we buy our next and final house!

It's been up for auction before and didn't sell then. It was on for a few hundred k I think.

No access for viewings.

Next to a bar and right behind is a 'travellers site'

It is opposite the remodelled library, Aldi, and with a KFC opening soon it'll be a great location.

I'm surprised they're putting NI/Welsh properties through london.

I have seen a few around my way (s wales ) go to auction in London ,one in particular was a couple of months ago ,I saw the locks being changed and the repo notice go up but never a for sale board and with in a couple of weeks it was sold at auction in London for 45% reduction on what the owner was asking for it 12 months earlier

A couple of places up for auction in mid Glamorgan in the above sale have gone to local auctions and failed to sell so perhaps they are hoeping for a greater fool in London ,that just see`s the apparently low price ,but not realise that house`s have sold for sub 20k in the same area ,within the last year

I`m sure a lot of them ( the one`s in mid Glamorgan)are repossessed from property investment schemes as they seem to pop up in clusters all at the same time
