Bull Shift

Recommended Posts

Two years ago a bull was someone who thought that house prices would rise by 20% a year for the next 100 years.

A year ago a bull was someone who thought that house prices would rise by 4% a year until they had paid off their mortgage.

Today a bull is someone who believes that house prices won't fall.

What will next years bulls believe?

Fall in house prices...?

are you insane..

they have lulled.. within a year they will return to 20% a year growth..

the next yeat 50%

Within 5 years I expect them to be doubling each year...

at that point every penny we earn will have to go toward maintaining our mortgages,,,

but don't worry.. at that point you can mew for food, cars holidays..

and as our debt increases.. the government will keep lowering Interest rates..

Then we can all jack in our jobs when Interest Rates hit zero..

Live in our homes and borrow more and more and more...!!

I can't wait..

and for renters...?

They can live eight to a room and pay all of their wages to us landlords..

and those on here that expect a crash.. that come up with all of your economic facts.. that show of saying that increased debt is causing a fall in consumer spending and leading to a recession.. and forcing up higher inflation leading to higher interest rates....

Don't you know.. that us Bulls have the perfect argument.. one that you won't listen to..

ITS DIFFERENT THIS TIME
