The blonde lady representing the national federation of estate agents was hilariously very poor IMPO.

The bearded economic guy was brilliant - he used the term housepricecrash, said that loads of people are going to lose their homes whether the economy picks up or not, says that there should have been a lot more repossessions by now if it had not been for policy not to repossess. Brilliant bear feast for a HPCer.

Year Beardy said worse than the 1990s for the HPC, "It's not the BoE's job to prop up the housing market"

Lovely.

Economist ended on a high note. Not BOE's job to punish prudent and save overstreched mortgagees who shouldn't be in houses they obviously can't afford in the first place. Expects many more repos in this crash to purge the dysfunctional market and aid recovery, eventually.

Lady EA inarticulate, ill informed, blinded by self interest and worse than useless. A disgrace on women's day.

Has Jonathan Davis got a false beard by any chance?

I'm looking forward to his next appearance on Vanessa Feltz's show.

Seemed to be saying that if it picked up, mortgage and base rates are going up, if it didn`t, mortgage rates are going up anyway. Game on, there will be a big HPC, it was always in the post, I think Postie man just swung a leg out the van.
