Someone paid 495K for THAT!!?

They paid it in 2004 - wonder what a 2006/07 valuation would have been!!?

Demanding a mere half million, it has a handsome frontage:

It looks like some gypsies thought, right-o, I've got me a skanky old caravan here, and a tonne of bricks. What will I do with this rubbish? Oh yeah, I'll build a house.

And this is the product of that bong-hit vision. Oh no wait a minute, it's not some recycled trailer park experiment, it's a half a million pound mansion, my simple mistake. Best put my blinkers back on and move on.

Only half a million? its too cheap, i want a 2 bed for no less than £750k, nothing else will do. my Mortgage Broker said if i sign a mortgage than "says" i earn £75,000 and my G/F earns £50,000 he'll be able to get me a 125% LTV interest only mortgage at 3.5% above base.

i could buy that BMW M5 i want as well, and use the rest to pay for fuel. what could go wrong?

Marlow is a nice area, but it's the absolute peak of aspirational, keep up with the Jones's middle class wannabe nonsense

It's all coffee shops and twee homely businesses run by ladies who lunch whilst the fella works in London

Insane house prices in that area is not surprising, but even taking that into consideration, those are some whacky prices being asked right there
