Bellway Boosted By Surging Profits

Recommended Posts

I thought the good doctor Bubb prescribed falling profits for builders?!:blink::unsure::blink:

What I find remarkable is that they are making profits >£200m on a turnover just over £1bn.

That is some margin!

Sounds to me like they are a well run company. Going forward they are concentrating on the lower end. I read this as them expecting this to be the only area for growth.

Even in declining sectors there will always be the potential for a company or two to do well. Don't worry.
