NEO72
It might like look alright once the scaffolding is removed though
kev-all-in
Maybe a little harsh! £70k for a detached house with a bit of land, nice views and a 'hotpress' in the bathroom!! (whatever that is?) I think typically incompetent EA photo's make it look much worse than it is - honestly how hard is it FFS! I mean check out pic 5!! cheap garden furniture in a hurricane! - how exactly did the EA think that any prospective purchaser would be interested in a crap photo of someone elses garden furniture that they will probably take with them anyway! They could've used that photo to show us the hotpress!
SaintJay
nice - decked over a flat roof and in case it falls off - put a roll cage on it.
Toto deVeer
Holy Moly that's a Sh1ty house...what were they thinking?
John The Pessimist
A hot press is the cupboard where your immersion heater is kept. There are usually a few shelves above the tank for the storage of towels, bedding etc. They are sometimes referred to as airing cupboards. And you don't move to Ballinagh Co. Cavan unless you want to spend serious money on your kids elocution lessons later in life. There's a murderous accent there.

happy_renting
As it the subject of 4 of the 5 photographs, that crappy platform must be the best feature of the house!

You know the EA is struggling when an airing cupboard is a 'feature'

Notice the pick-up to the right of the main photo. Probably a builder's own house. "I'll stick up a bit of four-by-two" etc.
