Anyway, sung in Flanders and Swann style, the the lyrics seem to be;

"Will the house prices's go down in London

Now the suicide bombers have moved in

Will the Olympic village be somewhere to pillage

Will Estate Agents lose all their wages of sin

Will my fairy shake up in Tooting

Will Wakefield get all of the dosh

Will Chelsea become the new slums for the bums

Will Preston become very posh

Will most people move up to Motherwell

Will they be the new 'nouveau riche'

Will the Landllords in Kent have to pay you to rent

Will Southend on Sea serve you salad and quiche

Will the house prices's go down in London

Will everyone make a quick dash

Lets examine the facets and sit on our assetts

And wait for the market to Crash."
