Oldham Metropolitan Borough Council

You will join a corporate management team that is proud to be part of the transformation of Oldham and you will help challenge some of the perceptions of Oldham.

They outsource it to an agency who they probably also pay somewhere in the region of that huge amount.

Child services and OAP services are the biggest spends on the council's budget.

Not surprisingly.
