Llanelli To Become An Economic Black Hole

Recommended Posts

As for - l Llanelli Liberal Democrat Ken Rees said: "The Conservative's comments don't surprise me - they're a cheap shot. Labour are not directly to blame and we need to work together."

Coun Rees sees a growing tourism trade as the answer to Llanelli's unemployment problem. He said: "Market forces are dictating. We need to adjust to them. We should become a centre of excellence in leisure and tourism."

I think I'm going to cry. Anyone who knows Llanelli will understand why.:ph34r::ph34r:

what did they used to do in the town ?

bakery ? butcher ? grocer ? milkman and dairy ? mechanic ? post office ? newsagent ?

most of these are gone and now part of walmart inc. so the towns dead from the inside out.

probably got a string of kebab shops, eas and travel agencies.
