Neither. Both do not impress me personally.

When I see what you can get for less in the area and what you would get for a million in other more wealthier parts of the UK... time to move methinks.

Edit.

A million bucks - US Dollars - would get me a very nice house in Malibu where I can spend all day sitting in cafes and shops frequented by lots of Hollywood a list actresses.

The Welsh Assembly's budget does not balance - they are going to have to make some tough decisions in either cutting services or cutting jobs.

You had to be in Swansea in the 1980s to understand just how dire it was. It was depressing. Virtually no economic activity and no one wanted to buy a house. The city was one giant 'community programme'.

Blieve me, with the UK economy in a mess no one is going to care about Swansea. It will be London, London, London and the WAG will focus, as it has done since 97, on Cardiff.
