Rightmove New Entry...offers Over £120K Only....

:unsure: they can't seem to make up their mind on the asking price for this one.

Looks like a developer has started work on it, then given up on it.

You would think overs offer means that a vendor is set on that price come what may. The worst example I have come across is offers over 300K and the next day being taking over by the Express Estate Agency for 220K.

Very bewildering for would be buyers. Asking prices and vendors spelt out intentions are often a nonsense.
