What's The Catch With This?

Recommended Posts

Property near me, not up for sale, notice in window asking for £5000 upfront and then £800 pcm for the next 10 years and house is yours. Zoopla showing current value range £105,000, last sold nov 10 for £111,00

what do you think / comments??

I think that is a very creative way to sell a house, but one would have to know more about your local property laws before deciding if it is a good deal for either party. Apparently the house is up for sale. I congratulate the property owner for trying something new.

Sounds interesting. Who bears the costs of repairs in the meantime though?

And do they get done? One for the lawyers there maybe. Still, could be a very good deal if the place is right and the payment method works for you.
