Is This Still Happening In Aus?

Recommended Posts

Saw this in the news blog window First-home buyers have climbed back to 17.3 per cent of all new home loan applicants. In 2001, 26 per cent of all loans went to first-home buyers. The Federal Government's first-home buyer grant of $7000 and stamp duty concessions of $8000 on the average first home have also been credited for the improvement. That`s a hell of a leg up.
