Nuggets Mahoney
Life 1/2heartedly attempting to imitate art... Occupy LSX march: Protesters outside Parliament Square About 200 protesters linked to the camp against "corporate greed" outside St Paul's Cathedral have protested in Parliament Square. Oh hum What are the 'masses' going to try next? Blow up a Death Star? Tap a pair of ruby slippers together?
guitarman001
I hope people watch 'V for Vendetta'... hopefully the masks have raised the film's profile. Doubt it, mind... they've preobably already seen Strictly and are off to bed (though I admit I saw Strictly tonight - oops!)

Doubt it, mind... they've preobably already seen Strictly and are off to bed (though I admit I saw Strictly tonight - oops!) Interesting that the common denominator is homosexuality. The fight against thought crimes are battles for"peacetime", we are on course for another corporeal war in europe if our politicians want to carry on acting dazed and confused. The treasure of the sierra madre, now that should be broadcast every day at 6pm.
billybong
Laughable the way they're now typecasting them as "anti corporate greed" instead of the "anti capitalism" that they originally tried to typecast them - except the protestors themselves actually claimed to be pro capitalism. Total farce.

tomandlu
Well, it amused me anyway! Can I recommend the original comic of V for Vendetta. The film's not bad, but not a patch on the comic, and there are significant philosophical differences... plus it looks fantastic (shame they coloured it though - originally it was black and white and looked wonderful for it).
