London Prices Slip Again - Hometrack

Recommended Posts

Hounslow... 0.5% rise  Bugger... It's not exactly the best place in London, the only reason I can see for the price rise is that there are loads of properties that can be BTL, this is due to Heathrow and the workers at the new terminal 5 building. As far as I'm aware the long term residents of Hounslow have been moving away and the homes they leave behind are being let out leaving all the undesirables to live in Hounslow. :(

quality..

:)

falling on their bottoms in Devon..

slow process as not everyone sees it yet.. so some will pay full asking price..

but new builds.. they are desperate and have reduced prices.

reduced prices of 23% at one property I looked at..

(£170,000 down to £130,000)

they may drop further.. or they may all be bought..

but keep the faith..

:)

its happening
