Cozza Posted October 19, 2011 Share Posted October 19, 2011 South London Business Awards programme is open to any company located in one or more of the twelve London Boroughs south of the River Thames. http://www.slbawards.co.uk/winners.php It won't come as much surprise that of all the industries this quango chose to support in its 2011 awards, it picks Estate Agents as Winners of all the main categories:- BUSINESS OF THE YEAR BEST SMALL BUSINESS BEST BUSINESS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE BEST BUSINESS FOR INNOVATION Estate Agents, Young London (http://www.younglondon.co.uk) and Samuel Estates (http://www.samuelestates.com/) were awarded top banana. Perhaps someone else can see why they deserved such an accolade when they are by all accounts bogstandard estate agents advertising on Rightmove like all the others. Young London is of particular disdain in that the owner is an ex city banker and the company is part of a larger organisation which manages property portfolios for the wealthy. In a world class city such as London, are we really so debased as to find only these turnips en route for their streets paved with gold? The UK is so f====ked!
