House Prices Down As Sellers Get Real

Recommended Posts

Look at my thread about this. I'm 99% certain this article was the result of an email that I sent to the editor yesterday. I scolded them for not reporting the story when it came out on Wednesday. The reply said they would pass it onto someone. Even better, as I just said in the original thread on this subject, every board outside a newsagent in Brighton or Hove has "City house prices falling" on it.

The market stalled in Brighton two years ago, it is now in full on crash mode!!

BUT REMEMBER: Today's bargain prices is tomorrow's market level, at to make sales,

vendors will have to cut even more. This slide is far from over

Too right drbubb, The market might be slow in responding, hence the stalled prices, but the so-called "STABISATION" or "SLOWDOWN" is soon going to be called "DECLINE" or "CORRECTION". This slide is far from over....infact this is just the beginning.
