Doing my daily search and noticed this (the postcode record is handy for seeing which of the search finds are new listings ;) )

http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-27002585.html

http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-17300202.html

http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-17300202.html

Each of these having gone SSTC from 4 months to 2 years ago but suddenly showing up again on RM. Is this the start of capitulation. I only noticed these as having been absent from RM because the postcode record didn't have an entry for them. Foolish to relist at the same property number but EA's are no Einsteins :lol:
