Horror House Goes Up For Sale

Terrible events of course but some amazing facts:

The Dings ended up selling the house to Delaney, for £210,000, in 2008.

Today's asking price £350K ( ish ).

Those estate agents are killing us.

To be fair the 2008 sale price was below value - that was what the dispute was about, the alleged murderer was angry about the victim selling the house below value to a friend in order to hide assets following a failed joint business venture.

The house previously sold for £250k in 2002.

No it wasn't. That is a sensible price for that area. No one could get credit in 2008 and people were going bankrupt left right and center. I actually viewed houses round that area at that time and people were panicing and trying to off load their hosues.

The only think that has change between then and now are the interest rates.

200K is a fair price for that house...before the murder.
