Given gambling is tightly controlled in the US, it seems the Internet is only global when it doesn't infringe on a multibilion pound business. So my question to educated HPCers. Should we, Great Britain, also look at locking out online businesses that are not in our country (or rather Europe)? And where would you draw the line, for example is XXX acceptable but gambling not?
