City Bonus Season

Recommended Posts

There's a bumper City Bonus season coming up and you'll see plenty of cash sunk in to premium 1/2 million pound plus properties, perhaps keeping that part of the London/Home Counties housing market OK for a short while.

"However, some economists issued a warning that the resurgence of the premium end of the market had distorted the Halifax findings.

Ed Stansfield, of Capital Economics, said that while the demand for high quality properties remained "fairly healthy" it was much less so for "run-of-the-mill" homes." ext from Daily Telegraph

Its these type of houses that push the average house price up. What I would like to know is what is the average price of the average type of house. In other words a three bedroom semi with garden and garage. In an average area.

Is there such a thing?
