5 Cbs Just Added Liquidity

Im sorry, but how many stress tests have all these banks recently passed?

The stress tests were more like "walk in the park and smell the flowers test".

They didn't allow for greek default and as you can see pretty much every bank in europe would go bust if that happened.

Great, more inflation to look forward to.

these are loans to banks...they are still having trouble finding real firms to lend to....

If you listened to wise heads in this site you would have protected yourself from inflation already.

I just can't believe the markets fall for it every time.

they did, for about 120 minutes

http://www.zerohedge.com/news/global-central-bank-intervention-impact-total-retrace

Just two hours after the coordinated global central bank intervention signaled the all-clear for risk assets to infinity and beyond and a total solution for European sovereigns and financials, we are sad to deliver the news that all of the impact in equity markets has now been removed. ES has completely retraced the spike as have French banks. The only thing that is still holding better is financials spreads in Europe which are -25bps at 263bps (a lot of which is index skew compression as single-names are less excited).

Have they put liquidity in the market because they have decided Greece is going to default?

So this helps funding during the initial chaos?

well they didn't do it just because it seemed like a good idea

obviously something is very seriously up :(
