Sounds like fair value. ;)

However, that's not an asking price, it's an auction guide price. Unlike estate agents who pitch high to get the business, auctions pitch low to drum up interest.

It probably won't sell, which means it has a real value of £0.

There's no reason why every property has to have a value. Some are just surplus to everyone's requirements.

All the pictures say copyright google (streetview) on them...guess they werent brave enough to visit the area themselves...

Can anyone be bothered reporting them to google for use of google copyrighted images on a commercial website ?

Maybe they have already paid for permission to use it though.
