London Rental Market

Recommended Posts

It looks likes if we might have found some out-of-towner stupid enough to overpay for our central london slum dwelling to house his baby-banker offspring

Surprising and joyous as this event is, I guess we now have to find a place to rent

I'm thinking that Rightmove is probably home to the most overpriced rental properties in London

Does anyone have suggestions of where to find more reasonably priced flats?

(I'm more interested in value for money rather than cheap per se)

Would also be interested in (realistic) views on how much you might get off the asking price for places in the £500pw range

Thanks

There aren't any reasonably priced rentals about in the South East at the moment.

An EA posted in the rentals board that findaproperty, primelocation and globrix were cheaper to list properties on than rightmove.

You can also look at gumtree at your own peril.
