Robert Reed - aleways on with Livesey. I remember once an economist was on stating facts (negative ones) and each in turn was put to Reed to verify. Think about it.

Is this the bit?

BBC: Tips to help you sell your home in today's market

Fourteen homes were sold per estate agent in the UK in the three months to August.

It is the lowest total for more than two years according to the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Lack of mortgage lending and uncertainty in the wider economy are to blame.

Robert Reed is an estate agent in Cheshire and gave Radio 5 live's Tony Livesey his top tips on selling a property.

Despite the title of the article itself, it came up in my RSS news feed as "AUDIO: Property market doom and gloom". :D

GBSMF,better to listen to my link in the first post, talking about over pricing.

Agree with you JD in the past the agent bullish empty arguments, However last night while drifting off to sleep, I believe he is starting to change tactic.

You're right. I'm listening now and it's a far better experience. They're basically conceding that prices went "up and up and up" during the boom and sellers aren't facing the new reality.
