Probably because we haven't had significant 'sold' price falls yet.

I always wonder why EAs complain about losing money, when they are trying to sell stock that is overpriced. All those wasted marketing costs have got to hurt. Just drop the dross and keep the properties that will sell and you're back in business. It's a no brainer. And people should come flocking to you to sell their place as you actually do sell it!

Marketing genius eh.
