Dclg Bearish Prediction

Recommended Posts

Not a major index but predicted for -1.1%!

Don't think I've seen such a bearish guess for any house price index from the 'experts' Forex Factory gets it data from.

We'll find out the actaul number tomorrow.

I think the -1.1% DCLG figure is yoy ... not that bearish as it was -2.0% last month, therefore they are forecasting a decrease in the fall so it is more bullish if that all makes sense?! The chart may make it clearer ... http://www.forexfactory.com/calendar.php#chart=35096

Hopefully they will be wrong and the yoy will be greater than -2.0% and hence showing a greater fall.

Yes, that fits. DCLG is the only index that doesn't give a monthly headline figure.

So it is more bullish than it looks.

Hi ho.
