Nice find, though
Mrs Bear
But what did they pay for it in the first place? fantasy asking prices are just that.. fantasy. reducing a fantasy pasking price is not really a price reduction. Nice find, though There was a good 'fantasy' near here not so long ago - old house in fantastic location (own entrance to Richmond Park) bought by developers for £1M, demolished for incredibly high spec but v unconventional newbuild + stable, big article in a Sunday paper. Went on market for £5M. Finally sold for £2.83M. Developers put in one of those 'living walls' - vertical mass of plants. They've pretty much all looked dead for ages. Nice find, though From zoopla...the average sold price for that road is: Roman Road Zed-Index £1,039,681 That includes years of over-priced sales though
Lepista
From zoopla...the average sold price for that road is: Roman Road Zed-Index £1,039,681 That includes years of over-priced sales though exactly. so £1.1m isn't really a reduction. Call me when it's on at £250,000.
TheCountOfNowhere
exactly. so £1.1m isn't really a reduction. Call me when it's on at £250,000. Well, thankfully no one paid £1.7M, which would have upped the nationwide HPI no doubt
