Recommended Posts

Would be worth getting maybe at £38k, but suspect its still a really ridiculous £380k

In many places the market is pitched at 'let's see what we can get away with...'

I'm delighting in observing the response in my particular part of London, which is

'Oh, don't be so bloody stupid' accompanied by the price drops.

I'm particularly tickled by the 'fixed price' properties I've been coming across.

Bottom line is,iIf no one wants to buy it at that price, you can fix it all you choose.

That wouldn't be anything to do with your activities, would it, MT?

LOL. Just a sign of desperation in my opinion. I mean, if you see a sign advertising a house for sale with NO OFFERS on the price then you are just going to walk on by.
