Pay Me To Housesit My House

Recommended Posts

Well we're looking at moving into a bigger rental.

We trawled the usual outlets (rightmove, findaproperty) only to realise that anywhere half decent will cost at least £1100 PCM

I even found this joke of a listing on gumtree:

http://www.gumtree.com/p/flats-houses/cat-lovers-sought-for-beautiful-victorian-2-bedroom-house-5-mins-walk-from-town-centre/86368630

Basically the homeowner wants somebody to house sit his place for a month and a half and feed his cats while there. An ok idea, except they want £875 PCM for it.

pretty looking place. I will send them a reply to say I will be glad to do it, but can I get an additional discount if they get rid of the cat??

A similar place to let nearby http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-to-rent/property-34900361.html for £775 PCM and there is no cat to look after.
