Best Ever Year For Foxtons

Recommended Posts

I'm choking on bile just reading this, but someone needed to post it...

http://www.telegraph...nt-Foxtons.html

Record profits at Foxtons saw the London estate agent seal its "best ever" year despite uncertainty over the economy, its 2010 accounts show.

On a slightly brighter note:

Foxtons said it expected 2011 to be a "difficult" year.

What are you complaining about? Your tax money and savings erosion are directly paying for low interest rates so people can buy houses more cheaply from Foxtons. And well done for the bailouts at RBS et al. so that bankers can keep Foxtons afloat too. Finally you backstop with SMI in case they ever get into trouble, which encourages risk. Give yourself a big pat on the back.

They didn't; the Foxtons in Lavender Hill had two of its windows put in (still not repaired when I passed today).

Every cloud...

Lol so the rioters got themselves some free property details.

And that'll be as close as the poor sods ever come to owning a house, whether HPC happens or not.

Especially in London where Foxtons has its offices
