Giraffe Cat
Half life? Really? Am I the only person who found that game boring? Anyway, Goldeneye beats them both.
MarkG
Half life? Really? Am I the only person who found that game boring? No . But back in those days games were gauged at least as much on how many hours of repetitive nonsense was in them as on how much fun they were... I thought it was OK up until the alien planet jumping puzzles: at that point I put it into god mode and just ground through to the end. Half-Life 2 was better, but still suffered in a few places from length for the sake of length: and the perpetual 'OK, we're giving you lots of health and ammo here, so you can immediately tell that there's a big shootout coming in a few minutes to take it away again'.
