Self-cert Ads On This Site...

Recommended Posts

Does anyone else see the irony of the self-cert adds on this site??

No more than this place being full of STR's and BTLers. Although the BTLers have taken a back seat recently.

This is a place for information exchange and transparency regardless of origin. Any form of media (including advertisments) has its own part to play in this story.

Why is it ironic that there are STRs posting here?

Quality...

I have lead a one man campaign through all channels to have the self Cert mortgage fraud stopped..

No success at all... The government, Police and FSA and Bank Of England and Banks Ombidsmun (spell) seem to love the fraud.. think its fab..

Never before has such a serious crime been so openly advertised, and taken up..

Never before in history..

Change the title.

"To obtain a large amount of cash fraudulently"

personally, if you are going to commit serious fraud to get your hands on money shouldn't you attempt to commit a fraud where you don't have to pay it back..

Essentially...

Self Cert = Rubbish fraud...

Rubbish..

Borrowing 9 times your salary... over 25 years...

that means in the next 25 years you get.

16 years salary..

before tax..

Self Cert = Rubbish Fraud + financial Suicide..

So the Equation is

Stupidity Rating = (Loan amount/actual salary) * declared salary

you could transpose Stupidity Rating to Finacial implossion Rating..

and add several points if the loan is interest only..
