Dylan Ratigan (Rightfully) Loses It On Air

Recommended Posts

I think he is one of the few men of integrity left. He hasn't got a chance in hell to change things.

Sadly I think you are right

The corruption and malaise are too deep

It's like watching an alcoholic drink himself to death......he knows what he's doing but he can't stop it.

They might as well face it...... they're addicted to debt

He's proposing a benevolent dictatorship. Given that the throne room is packed with Iagos, I doubt that is possible.

Sadly, nature will have to be let take its course.

Also he didn't mention nationalizing the Fed and start issuing state money rather than private debt based money which is the underlining root cause of the current debt problems.

I think he is one of the few men of integrity left. He hasn't got a chance in hell to change things.

He was a ex-CNBC fast money type guy who, when the crisis hit, was more able to fully comprehend the scale of corruption in the system.

It seems he was so sickened by what he saw, he moved to the more mainstream MSNBC and he's been trying to educate the masses in how they're being abused.

Most of the non-HPC public know they're being screwed by the system, (hence riots) but many don't understand how.

If this video can go viral, as it seems to be, maybe the masses will demand change. Hope so.

Who are they going to demand it from?

I'll show you politics in America. Here it is, right here. "I think the puppet on the right shares my beliefs." "I think the puppet on the left is more to my liking." "Hey, wait a minute, there's one guy holding out both puppets!" "Shut up! Go back to bed, America. Your government is in control. Here's Love Connection. Watch this and get fat and stupid. By the way, keep drinking beer, you f***ing morons.

Bill Hicks, Rant in E-Minor (1997)

The Tea Party movement has been co opted by the Republicans, Bush mk. II aka. Barry Soetoro promised "change" and delivered nothing.

Here in the UK I'm still waiting for the "radical, reforming" coalition we were promised in 2010.

Perhaps I should file that claim along with "things can only get better"?

How can Barry Obomber be part of the solution? He is the biggest problem. Bough and paid for by Goldman Mafia et al along time ago. If you are talking about corruption, he should be the first to go.

Gatekeeper speech in my opinion. They have to make these speaches because the people are getting angry and it makes it look like something will happen. But the job of the media and politicians is to allow the looting to continue as long as possible. Delaying tactics.

Outstanding rant, loved it. I'm going to have day-dreams that Obama comes on air later today and says these exact same things with equal passion.

Thanks for posting.

Great rant, but his solution - low rate borrowing so we can get into more debt.

Can anyone besides me see potential problems with that?

Plus, being able to buy politicians is a protection against the tyranny of the majority.

Plus, being able to buy politicians is a protection against the tyranny of the majority.

However this does not protect the Elite from the consequences of their own excess. The more they succeed in looting the system, the more unstable that system becomes. There is a detectable air of panic amongst the banksta's now as they realise that their bought and paid for political class are by definition incapable of doing the one thing that needs to be done- putting a stop to that looting.

Can any parasite choose to stop feeding? Even when it knows that it is killing it's host? Perhaps not- perhaps it is in the nature of the parasite that it must continue- it is not designed to be self limiting.

Only an external force of sufficient power can save the parasite from itself-in this case a viable and autonomous political class is required which would impose limits on the wealth extraction at the top and thus prevent collapse.

Sadly the parasite long ago took the precaution of eliminating this obstacle to it's activities. So it will take down the host and itself.
