Supermarkets Fined For Price Fixing With Dairies

Recommended Posts

More reason to try to encourage a return to local markets, with fresh produce full of nutrients, keener prices, meet your local community and shop a lot better.

Some other countries have markets all over the place, genuinely superb local produce with some genuine competition in prices, all of which lures people away from eating processed, E-numbered and fatty foods and encourages them to cook properly. Obesity rates and illness come down, and the the price hiking faux BOGOF supermarkets will lose market share and hopefully bring their prices back down on the lines they have in some cases opportunistically hiked.

I'm now at the stage of being a grumpy so and so that gets agitated when I see people giving all their money to supermarkets and buying everything under one roof, we've been totally brainwashed like zombies into this way of life in the UK (and probably the USA). Time to stop it
