Here we fackin go.

Panic on the streets of London. Used to live not far from there, over the resevoirs in Walthamstow.

An average 3 bed will cost you a cool quarter of a mill. :D

More fool the people that put their hands in their pockets or can persuade their banks to pay for it......some have more money than sense, does not mean we all do..... ;)

All those carpets and laminates will have burned quite well.

Shame about the building as it had quite a nice facade unlike the usual High Street architectural monstrosities.

It deserved to be located in a better area

BTW do I spy a pub convesion to flats across the road. Guess their value will have nose dived.
