Buying Your Dream Home Can Be Risky

Recommended Posts

An interesting Find.

What i can't understand is the following:

"Buying off-plan is quick. Instead of having to view different properties, you can just visit the site office to see the plans."

I'm just not imaginative enough to "see" what a place looks like on a plan, before it's even been built. I like to see the finished article. But i guess sometimes there will be a show home/shoebox to have a look round?
